ADHD, Behavioural Issues, Anxiety, and Comorbidities
(Excluding Mental Health)
Target Age Group: 5 to 16 years
Consult Duration:
- Initial: 60 minutes
- Follow-Up: 30 minutes
Purpose:
Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for:
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Behavioural concerns
- Anxiety
- Other co-existing developmental conditions
Note: This excludes major mental health diagnoses such as depression or bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders.
Pre-Appointment Requirements:
- GP referral including medical history, physical examination including weight, height, heart rate, and blood pressure
- Parent/carer contact details
- Additional intake forms (emailed after referral acceptance)
- Prepayment required upon referral acceptance
What the Consultation Includes:
- Telehealth video link (sent in advance)
- Comprehensive medical report with diagnosis and treatment plan
- Electronic prescriptions (eScripts) via email or SMS
- Diagnostic referrals (e.g. pathology, imaging)
- Specialist referrals (if needed)
- Medical certificates (upon request)

Target Age Group: From Infant Onwards
Consult Duration:
- Initial: 30 minutes
- Follow-Up: 20 minutes
- Asthma
- Eczema
- Constipation
- Sleep disturbances
- Cow’s Milk Protein Intolerance (CMPI)
- Reflux
- Toddler tantrums
- And many other routine Paediatric concerns

- Parent/carer contact details
- Prepayment required upon referral acceptance

- Follow-Up: 30 minutes
Purpose:
Basic assessment of developmental delays and formulation of reports to support:
- Early intervention planning if needed
- NDIS funding applications (if eligible/required)
Pre-Appointment Requirements:
- GP referral including medical history, physical and ENT examination, weight and height
- Allied health reports (e.g. from Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist)
- Reports from childcare educators or therapists (if available)
- Parent/carer contact details
- Additional intake forms (emailed after referral acceptance)
- Prepayment required upon referral acceptance
