I am a General Paediatrician with a special interest in Neuro-Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics. With 20 years of experience managing patients aged from birth to 18 years, I have refined my ability to understand and cater to the unique needs of children across all developmental stages.
I have dedicated two decades to Paediatric practice, through which I have developed deep expertise in both routine and complex developmental conditions. I began my career working in various Neonatal intensive care Units across Sydney, focusing on neonatal care and early childhood development. Subsequently, I expanded my clinical work to include Neuro-Developmental evaluation—managing conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and Behavioural disorders.
Over the years, I have worked in various settings, including hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, and private practice. These roles have given me the skills to collaborate closely with families, educators, speech therapists, psychologists, and occupational therapists. My experience in telehealth has also allowed me to provide quality care to families regardless of their location.
I currently work as a Senior Staff Specialist and Consultant Paediatrician at Nepean Hospital and also serve as a Visiting Medical Officer at Allowah Presbyterian Children’s Hospital. In the past, I have worked at Auburn Hospital and Liverpool Private Hospital, where I contributed to the care of children with diverse and complex health needs.
My special interest is in helping children with complex medical and developmental needs, particularly in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics. I have extensive experience caring for children with Autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Speech and Communication challenges, Difficult Behaviours, and Anxiety. I am also skilled in supporting babies born prematurely after discharge from the NICU, as well as managing a wide range of general Paediatric conditions.
